Gardens Are Prone to Damage

Digging in the soil and dirt for weeks on end, often times in the sun or in the rain, is not an easy thing to do. So many amateur gardeners go into the hobby of gardening assuming that it will be an easy walk in the park and just a little bit of elbow grease will get the job done. Unfortunately, many of these novice gardeners receive a rude wake up call pretty quickly into their new hobby. Cultivating a worthwhile garden requires much dedication, hard labor, and knowledge of what is necessary to yield a bountiful and wondrous garden. Too many amateur gardeners make the fatal and frustrating error of leaving their garden prone to many outside aggressors which are completely controllable. Garden foes such as rabbits and even the rain and sun can greatly impact the health of a garden. Too much sun can dry out a flower bed to a shocking degree and not protecting a garden from above can allow it to wash away!
The most common type of garden awnings are known as folding arm awnings and they are so popular because they can be manually retracted by the gardener to help protect the prone garden from the harmful effects of too much sun or on the other hand from too much rain. If a gardener foresees that a particularly strong rain (or worse, a hail storm) is on the horizon which can potentially pound their garden so hard it breaks the flowers and stalks, they can just extend the awning out to help shield their garden completely! Similarly, when the gardener believes their garden needs a bit more sun because there has been a few too many cloudy days, they can retract the awning back in which allows their garden to healthily grow!.
